We are devoted to the distribution of a great variety of mushrooms, fungi, truffles and forest fruits. We offer our products fresh whenever nature allows us to do so, otherwise we deliver them deep frozen and dehydrated.Now, we'd like to search reliable providers of the following frozen mushrooms:
- SHIITAKE: whole (2-4 cm/4-6 cm without stem) and quarters (4-6 cm without stem)
- NAMEKO: whole (2-4 cm with 2,5 cm stem)
- OYSTER: baby (1-3 cm) and stripes
- CHAMPIGNON: slices (2-4cm/3-5 cm/4-6cm)
- BOLETUS EDULIS: whole (0% worm), blocks (C1:white,0%worm; C2: green, 0% worm; C3: less than 30% worm)
