Requirements to Suppler.

�      Turn key project implementation

�      Experience in turn-key boiler equipment installation (please send us reference list and timing for realization of similar equipment);

�      Have all necessary licenses and permissions for performing such activities in EU or CIS (incl. Russia).

 Requirements to boiler equipment.

�         Boiler should be fueled by degasification methane with concentration 30-96%. Calculation should be performed for 150-250 cub. m./h of pure methane (500-900 cub m./h of gas mixture).

�         Temperature graphic of hot water 70-95  

�         Noxious agent concentration of the exhaust gas from boiler chimney to atmosphere should meet the sanitary code demands.

�         Running regime automatic boiler-plant (without operating personal) with possibility to transfer data to PC.

�         Boiler plant should be fulfilled in modular implementation and should comprise:

- Gas treatment equipment;

- Burner equipment with automatic methane feeding regulation;

- Pumping equipment and pipeworks;

- Electric power supply equipment and panels;

- instrumentation and automated control systems;

- thermal insulation inside the container.

Delivery DDU (Kemerovo, Russia) Incoterms 2000.

Installation works include: assembling of modular boiler plant, installation of instrumentation and automated control systems and its check-out works, commissioning work.
