The supplier must adhere to appropriate ISO standards and be able to provide QC/QC documentation.
The Company is currently using 300 bloom, type A porcine gelatin and is searching for a similar product, though a slightly lower bloom could probably be accomodated.
Please let us know if you have a gelatin product that could be of interest to us.
Both animal gelatins and cold water soluble gelatins are of interest. Cold water soluble gelatin mixtures also may be of interest.
