We are producer of wide range of chemicals such as leather chemicals, cosmetics & concrete intermediates, antifoams, emulsifiers, and textile intermediates, etc. We are building new production line for producing the following products.
1- ACRYLIC EMULSION BINDER with following specifications and conditions:
It must be SS 304, limped Coil with heat exchangers (condensers) to make mention item with two different methods (Reflux & Redux) with Temperature Max. 97-98 C & Nitrogen purging system. Please advice and guide us:
A)   Which capacity is best for this purpose
B)   How much must be the area for condensers
C)   Which kind of stirrer must be used
2- ACRYLIC RESINS & ALKYD RESINS
It must be SS 304, limped Coil with heat exchangers (condensers) Temperature Max. 260 C
D)   Which capacity is best for this purpose
E)    How much must be the area for condensers
F)    Which kind of stirrer must be used
All the pressure Max. 5-6 bar and Vacuum up to 15 tour (mmHg). Please specify and give possibilities According to this specification, please advice and guide us the max possible for these kinds of EMULSION BINDER.
We are also interested to any second hand used reactor vessel available. Please advise if there is any.
