We are interested to import 50 MT/Monthly 30% TiO2 Masterbatch based on PBT Chips/Resin for use in Polyester Staple Fibre and Filament Production.

This masterbatch contains high concentration of Anatase TiO2, pre-dispersed in PBT Chips/Resin, to be supplied in granular form and meeting the following requirements :

Carrier Resin : PBT

Compatibility with PET: Excellent.

IV of Base Polymer: 0.82

Suitability: For use in Polyester Fibre and Filament Production.

Active Content: 30%

Filter Index: Less than 1.0 Mpa/Kg

Spinnability: Very Good.

Heat Stability: More than 300 Deg. C

Light Fastness: 7 to 8

Moisture Content: Less than 0.8 %

Shelf Life: More than 18 Months.

Melting Point: 225-227 Deg. C

Ingredients of the Product should be food grade certified and according to European Community Safety Data Sheet(98/112/EC). It should not contain any ingredients which can increase the risk of carcinogenic effect.
