  • Aircraft type and Engine: A 310-300 powered by preferably PW 4000 series engines.
  • Seat configuration: Minimum 215 seats in two class configuration at the time of aircraft delivery.
  • Year of Manufacturing: 1991 and onward.
  • MTOW of the aircraft: 157 tons and above.
  • Maintenance status and remaining hours/cycles: The aircraft must be delivered fresh from C check. Heavy Maintenance Check of the aircraft must not fall due within one year from the date of delivery of the aircraft. Each engine and landing gear should have 1000 cycles and 3000 cycles remaining respectively at the time of aircraft delivery.
  • Condition for lease with option to purchase: Lease period will be 36 months and the price of the aircraft will be paid in monthly installments.
  • Tentative date of aircraft delivery: February 2008
