Good Eatin' is a small company located in Aurora, CO. We are a retail outfit that sells various frozen meat products. We offer premium quality steak, seafood, and chicken products to our customers.

OUR NEEDS:

BEEF

We are currently looking for suppliers that can offer us various cuts of USDA CHOICE or PRIME beef steaks. Specific cuts we are looking for would be: T-Bones, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Filet Mignon, Kansas City Strips (Bone-In), Chopped Steak Patties, and Porterhouses.

SEAFOOD

We also are in need of Seafood Suppliers (must be HAACP certified). We are interested in these particular fillets: Tiliapia, Alaskan Salmon, Red Snapper, Catfish, Orange Roughy, and Whitings. In addition we need Lobster Tails, Shrimp, and Crab legs.

CHICKEN

Lastly, we are looking for suppliers that can provide quality boneless, skinless chicken breasts. We also are in need of Chicken Wings, Legs, and Quarters.

We purchase cases of meat in each category. We currently pay between $65 - $70 per case of steak (depending on the cut); $63 - 70 per case of Seafood; and $55 per case of Chicken Breast. We're tapping the market to find other distributors that can match or beat the current prices we pay, yet not compromise on the quality.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

We need the product in each category to be portion controlled, individually vacuum-sealed, and FLASH frozen. For example: We may order one pallet of T-Bones. That pallet may have 63 cases of of steak. Each case would have approximately 24 - 36 T-Bones (depending on size) in it. Each T-Bone would be vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen.
