SIZE OF COINS TO BE COLLECTED

IN PLASTIC CASE:

HI!

I need to make a plastic case for coin collectors to store their Puerto Rico coins. These are sizes of actual coins that will be stored on the plastic cases.

They need to fit tightly, so they dont move when inside coin plastic.

Depending on the price I may be able to ask for 1,000 cases or more:

05CENTS    (Size:16.5 mm Wide x 0.8mm Thick; weight:1.25 grams)

10CENTS    (Size:18 mm Wide    x 1.0mm Thick; weight:  2.5 gr)

20CENTS    (Size:24.3mm Wide  x 1.4mm Thick; weight:  5.00 gr)

40CENTS    (Size:27mm Wide     x    2mm Thick; weight: 10.00 gr)

1PESO        (Size:38mm Wide     x    3mm Thick; weight: (26.73 gr)

Details:

a. The case must be crystal clear where coin will be stored.

b. The rest of the case needs to look rough plastic.

c. The Puerto Rico flag pattern & denominations need to be on relief, up or down, so it can be noticeable.

d. I would like cases to be transparent & very light blue color.

e. I must open in two parts. Top & bottom faces.

f. When closed, it must be air tight.

g. Hard resistant plastic that can fall & fall without damaging coins inside, nor opening.

h. I would need to receive a prototype, so I can test the coins and approve before full production.
