Production line to manufacture collecting plate for electrostatic precipitator cement factory comply with the following specifications:

Complete automatic line to manufacture continuously collecting plate used for dust collecting in precipitator used as air control pollution system for cement factory . as well as other purpose product such as corrugate plate .

1- specification

   -   Thickness of collecting plate 1-1.5 mm

      -   Product run out table

   -   Shape of collecting plate could be adjustable according to           size and shape of collecting plate require .

   -   Length of collecting plate (6-14) m + 1.5mm.

   -   Product material St -37-3

   -   roller station : 23 station workable to cover the requirement        at the production line according to the size and the shape

       Of collection plate .

   -   Material of blade : Cr12 ( for production tools ) .

   -   Surface of roller coated with chrome ,0.05mm.

   -   Surface of sheet is smooth and no scratch .

   -   Equipment include: main forming machine ,hydraulic                 station ,computer control cabinet ,cutting device ,output

        Supporter .

    -   with two years , spare parts normal operation

2- Supply material requirement to produce 2000 pieces in         deferent range .

    -   production line has the ability to product collecting plate            range of width (245 500 mm) and range of length (6               41m) .

3- Training for five technician for two week in the manufacture factory .        

4- Manufacturing technological document, installation, and       maintenance document

5- Delivery period (4-5) months.
