Need electronic message system for home owners.  Should be programmable, and would like to have solar power if possible.  If not needs to be battery powered or capable to run on 110 volt American electrical current. No need for large board.  Would be approximately 4-6 inches high and 24-36 inches long.  Needs to be available at low cost to attract average home owner.
