I am looking for a mini air compressor that runs on 120 volt AC. The quieter the compressor, the better. It's physical size is to be no larger than a standard plug in car mini compressor. So that will be around 3 1/2 inches by 4 inches approx. We will only need the compressor / motor unit itself. No enclosures, and no tanks. Just the pump itself. ( I have included a sample picture of the ideal pump. It doesn't have to be exactly like this but close.)The shape of the unit does not matter as we can design the mounting to make it fit into our prototypes. Below I will state the criteria

• 120 volt AC
• quieter the better
• no bigger than standard 12 volt DC mini compressor
• no enclosure needed

At first we will need around 10 compressors for testing. If tests pass and production starts, orders can be limitless. Remember, I only need the pump and motor only like the picture. No enclosures.
