This would include plastic molded parts, electronic assemblies and final assembly and QA testing.

Upon your manufacturing of these items, they would ship to our plant in the USA for final assembly

Consists of 4 different parts that plug together:

Part #1  4860 Motor Assembly- molded housing, molded gears, wires, clips, plug and assembly

Part #2  4860 TX Sensor-5 sets of IR sensors mounted to molded plastic IR sensor holder, assembled

Part # 3                 4860 RX Sensor PCB- 5 sets of IR sensors mounted on the PCB, assembled

Part #4  4860 LCD- ABS molded housing, IC w/watchdog features, 32.768 HZ crystal, assembled

The perfect supplier would have the injection molding ability and full electronic assembly. Strong supplier agreements for motors, LCD and IC components to compliment your services.

Full details and samples available to those that feel they can manufacture these parts.

We will use 50,000 to 100,000 of this assembly per year.
