1) it has experience in producing machined, turned or center- less ground parts to very tight tolerances such as +/-.0002 inches
2) Factory(ies) that make parts for the auto industries (such as Toyota or Nissan) and usually deal with such tolerances.
3) The factory has to be ISO certified, and has to demonstrate that it has very sophisticated QC capability.
4) The factory has to have sophisticated CNC machines and other equipment that lends itself to tight tolerance manufacturing.
5) The factory must have good plating capability either in-house or externally, that is able to plate to very tight tolerance.
6) The ability of the factory to do precision grinding after plating to tight tolerance is also a requirement.
7) The factory must have all necessary instrumentation to control material, including hardness testers and/or tensile strength testers.
