We are going to make a decision to generate a purchase orderfor approximately 300 chainsaws for our initial order. We expect to go throughapproximately 900 chainsaws this year. We originally inquired about the 45 cc;however, after receiving a few samples we have decided to carry the 62 cc to 65cc chainsaw as well. The 45 cc will work for comparison purposes. We have notreceived a price list, minimum quantities we need to order, or any informationregarding a sample of 45cc or larger chainsaw saw. We may be willing to pay forthe sample chainsaw.

Please provide us the cost of a sample chainsaw the enginedisplacement as well as the cost of shipping. We will be comparing chainsawsfrom other manufacturers on Saturday April 19th. If you would like us toconsider your company, we will need to have a sample to run on that date. Weare looking for the highest quality chainsaws that you have. We will be makingour initial order decision for about 300 chainsaws the week of April 21.

Remember, we have115 Landscape Professionals and/or FirewoodProcessors that use the chainsaws for business use. Most of them currently useStihl or Husquvarna. If you feel that your product could compete with thesebrands in quality, price and availability then you may want to be consideredwhen we conduct our comparison on April 19th. We also sell the chainsaws to ourcustomers and; last year we sold about 260 45 cc chainsaws with Stihl. Thisyear we are interested and looking at some new profit centers through marketingthe chainsaws to our customers.
