My name is John McBean, and I'm writing on behalf of Xitome Design, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts, US.  We are developing a motorized nail care product and we are in need of the abrasive wheel component.  We are interested in an OEM arrangement for this component of the system.  We are looking for an abrasive wheel, similar to a medium grit "filing cone" commonly found in motorized rotary manicure/pedicure sets.  However, we prefer that the wheel or cone have a hole (for pressfit or bonding to a motor shaft), rather than a stud (for fitting into a collet).  We are interested in working with a company to develop and manufacture this component, or perhaps to find a manufacturer of a component that comes close to meeting this description.  At this point the design of the product is still flexible, so we would welcome any suggestions of components that might work.  I have also attached a drawing of an ideal abrasive wheel, for reference.  We would love to have a product like this, but at this point our design is still variable based on what can be produced, and at what price.  If your company manufactures a product similar to this, I look forward to hearing from you soon, and I hope we will be able to work together on this product!
