I am looking to get a price quote for cotton comber noil to be exported to Russia (cif port of St. Petersburgh).

Our company is currently supplying Cotton waste material to Russian paper manufacturing (documents and currency) factories. We are looking for sources of the following specification:

1-Cotton comber noil in quantity of up to 500 Tons/ per month. The products needs to have the following specs:
- 16-25mm average length
-waste/trash content no more than 0.5%
-No synthetic or flourescent inclusions


We are supplying a long-term contract for these products and are currently looking for suppliers in different regions of the world.
