To whom it may concern,

I am looking for a manufacturer, supplier of a tiny portable barcode scanner that will link directly to a pda or mobile, either via bluetooth or cable or direct interface. Like the Opticon Bluetooth Zapper, but smaller.

I would be very interested in hearing ideas, existing products, Manufacturers that can make this to our requirements.  (Please note, we are not technical in the manufacture of scanners and would only be able to tell you what we want, in terms of size, connectivity)

I would also like pricing information for any of the solutions provided, with impact of bulk purchasing on prices.

e.g. we will initally need a sample unit for testing.

we then will look to purchase/manufacture intitial 5000 units for test trading.

thereafter we would anticpate large re-ordering of 10,000's + of units depending on success of the business.

Information with regards to the small Opticon scanner products will be appreciated.

Help/info/pricing on shipping to London, England, UK would also be appreciated.
