Aluminum Boxes, made from 2mm plate aluminum each box is 450mm long x 400mm high x 210mm wide

the two ends and the front have an angle 60mm in on the bottom and 80mm up the sides.

The lid is 20 mm deep and is 455mm long and 215mm wide on the inside giving it a 2.5 mm gap when placed on the box. There is a 12mm x 12mm x 3mm aluminum angle welded inside the lid of the box 13mm from the inside edge to form a channel for the 10 x 13mm rubber seal to be glued in.

A resessed spring loaded handel to be fitted in the lid and two spring loaded handles on the ends, all handles in stainless steel.

A over center key lockable catch to be fitted on each end and keyed alike also in Stainless Steel

Boxes to be powder coated or anidised, will require quotes for any price difference.

I have drawn plans and have pictures of boxes i have made myself that i can supply, this would be an ongoing supply and there are 3 other sizes i would need making as well.
