On April, 11, 2008 I have paid for laser RUYI V of 280 companies. Beijing ADSS Development Co., Ltd. the address on the Internet

On April, 12 company ADSS has sent me the laser through transport company TNT, the address on the Internet - tnt Having taken from me for delivery of the laser of 400 dollars USA. With most

Company ADSS started began messages of dishonestly and greedy. For the Russian customs house they have made counterfeit COMMERCIAL INVOICE in which have reduced cost

Cargo with 2200 up to 200 dollars USA. On arrival of the laser in Russia, in the city of Ekaterinburg, at check of a cargo by the Russian customs house appeared, that in a box with the laser there are no documents. Company ADSS should put the following documents:

1. The printed English manual.

2. The printed English guarantee paper with the buyer's detailed information.

3. The operation manual for the treatments.

4. The DVD, showing the detailed information on operation of the machine, and on the clinic treatments.

5. A separately small case used for the accessories.

6. The copy of the CE certificate.

7. The copy of the ISO 9000 certificate.

But has not put anything. In result the cargo has got stuck at customs house, I could receive it  only  because have ordered only one laser and it has told to customs house, that not for sale, and in the personal purposes. Under our Russian laws any cargo crossing customs border of Russia should have the certificate of a country of origin. If the certificate is not present, the cargo gets the Russian state gratuitously.

 On the laser which was sent by company ADSS there is no designation and customs house, any person cannot define that it for the device. I have sent in company ADSS ten letters with the requirement to send all documents on the laser, but representatives of the company, greedy and dishonourable people answer, what yes they have overlooked to put documents, we shall send them to you if you will pay for the second laser.

          I planned to trade production ADSS in Russia, have made in Russia a site  on which in format Acrobat Reader advertised production

Companies ADSS. But company ADSS the silly actions has spoiled all.

The laser without documents I is compelled itself by plane to bring him back to China.

   At me to you a question:

I address to manufacturers of lasers in China. In a photo I near to the laser. Time on the laser is not present a designation, means it company ADSS makes not. Specifications of the laser are on my site  Prompt who makes this laser,
