Traditional Arrow

This traditional arrow must look old, and hand made.  It is intended as an ornament.  

• Quantity: 1000 to 5000 arrows
• Samples:  Seller will submit 3 sample arrows at sellers expense.
• Packaging: Seller will describe packaging to be used to protect feathers from damage during shipment to USA, Maryland.

Requirements:

Total length: 20.25 inches (214 mm)

1. Arrow Shaft:  (See A)   
   1. Exactly 19.5x 3/8 (inch)  OR 495mm x 9.5mm
   2. Must look old, authentic, straight, sanded, hardwood
   3. Oak wood (or similar high grain hardwood)
   4. Stain: Red oak (to bring out wood grain)   (Minwax Red Oak 215)
   5. Shaft tapered at arrowhead. (See B)   
   6. Shaft rounded at back (note: no slot/knock required) (See C)   
2. Stone Arrow Head
   1. Approx: 1.5 x 1 x 3/16  (inches)  OR 38mm x 25mm x 5mm (metric)
   2. Prefer Black agate, black obsidian. but open to suggestions.
   3. Thin and straight (must fit on shaft).
   4. Chiseled texture must look hand made.
   5. Glue arrowhead onto shaft  (See D)   
3. Imitation Sinew Wrap (See E)
   1. Approx 1 inch wrap down shaft.
   2. Color: Tan  
4. Feathers
   1. 3 feathers
   2. Tapered traditional cut  (Length: 90 mm   Tapered: 15mm  down to 10mm)
   3. Real colored barred feathers, no vanes!
   4. Cock feather must be perpendicular to arrow head.
