Can you detail what is included in the price...........T-shirt frames, cap frames, spare  parts, comprehensive  service manuals and instructions?  Are their any options? 2 heads? T shirt and cap?

My main concern is quality of manufacture.......you are a long way from me..... what parts will wear out or break? Are any other make of components interchangable with other makes? What software is compatible?
