Our requirements are
* Frequency response 5 Hz - 24,000 Hz (20 Hz - 16,000 Hz +/-3 dB)
* Impedance 120 Ohm
* THD < 0.1%
* SPL 125 dB (1KHz, 4 Vrms)
* Frame material aluminum or copper
* Magnet alnico or neodymium
* Diaphragm thickness 4 � - 6 �
* Diaphragm diameter 8 mm - 10 mm
* Maximum power 20 mW - 50 mW
* No cover in front of the diaphragm
* Holes/vents behind the diaphragm must be expanded
* No damping material behind the diaphragm
* Dynamic drivers/speakers only
OEM/ODM are welcomed, we understand this is very challenging and will pay top dollar to the winner.
