1) hearts

2) livers

3) knuckles

4) PAD membrane trimming

5) chuck and blade, 95vl

6) robbed forequarters, 90vl

7) trimmings, 60/40, 70/30, 80/20

8) fillets

9) sirloin

Pork

1) fresh or frozen 98vl pork legmeat (chump, flank)

2) fresh or frozen pork shankmeat, boneless, defatted

3) ribs

Please advise if you can offer, preferably container loads
