I will provide you with the firmware and the pcb layout as well as the parts list.
What I need done by your company is to:
1) Program the microchip
2) manufacture pcb boards from gerber files I provide
3) Solder all electronic elements on to the board along with the ps/2 connectors.
4) Design a mold for the hosing.
5) Cast the housing on to the part and deliver me the final product.
My order quantity would be 1,000 units at a time.
So please use this to give me a price estimate + initial setup costs.
