1.         Urea Granular    25,000 MT to 100,000 MT/Month x 12 Months, CIF to Cambodia if successful may increase monthly order to

                                    300,000 MT to 500,000 MT/Month x 12 Months, CIF to Cambodia or Vietnam.

2.         Urea Prilled       25,000 MT to 100,000 MT/Month x 12 Months, CIF to Cambodia with option to increase monthly order to

                                    300,000 MT to 500,000 MT/Month x 12 Months, CIF to Cambodia or Vietnam.
