Payment ; Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable, Non Transferable, 100% at sight LC for one shipment value.98% PAYMENT AGAINST SHIPMENT THROUGH L/C BALANCE 2% WITHIN 60 DAYS OF SHIPMENT AGAINST CIQ REPORT.  

Pre cargo inspection; The Seller shall open the material for buyers pre-shipment inspection which is conducted by SGS or joint independent surveyor in case of under loading cargo or Ready Cargo.
